In this demo, we will see how Automation Anywhere for Contact Centers can be used as a single pane of glass with our Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface (or AARI) to bring together all the customer data from multiple systems into one place for the agent to view and interact with, as well as how the entire case handling process can be accelerated by automating manual, swivel chair tasks the agent typically must complete.
